Anyone know when to enter for Teudat Zahut number for a non-citizen on the online form? Passport number?

Many bochurim will be getting their second shot less than a week before they come home for Bein Hazmanim, and would presumably wish to download the certificate for their return flight.

You don't need the certificate. It's recorded in the system, which is accessed by immigration officers in Israel.

I was imagining a buffet of gourmet cholent, meanwhile it sounds like they’re sending people home with the Israeli version of meal-mart airplane cholent. Would be smart to have El Al caterers prepare it for them

At this point, anyone who leaves for pesach expecting to be back here on time for Zman...has much more emuna is more delusional than me.
I mean, Israeli citizens can't get in to the country, and you think that they're going to let thousands of bachurim (and families) leave and come back?!

On a side note, I spent three pesachs here as a bachur, and it is truely the most enjoyable Bein hazmanim here.

That would go the other direction. Sounds more like they daven for you well.
To be fair, when I was there for shabbos I wasn't zoche to the parve cholent because I needed to walk early to the Methodist, but what I did have was delicious!

I just got notice of updated guidelines for elder care facilities.

Anyone who got two doses of vaccine or has been documented to have recovered from Covid-19 within the last six months may visit their family member in their private room while wearing a mask. They may not sit together in common areas. I wonder how they would treat foreign vaccination records.

This is a major update over the previous policy that only allowed for outdoor visits with 2m distancing and face masks, which was a huge problem for hearing impaired residents (most senior care facility residents are hard of hearing at some level).

I was visiting someone young outdoors with a mask and plexiglass barrier, and hearing eachother was a real issue.
