Seems low... How'd you come to that number?
I put it together here.
Still doing 40-45K/day which is probably around 5% of eligible non-vax/non-recovered.
I'm sure number will go up now that they are vaccinating machlimim, but to me the important number is # of remaining non machlim/non-vax. Which is hard to come by
Now 2 weeks later 52.4% of the population received at least 1 dose. I assume a decent number of those who who tested positive are among the vaccinated. 8.5% of the population tested positive, if we assume half of them got the vaccine, that gives us 56.65% of the population either tested positive or got the vaccine. That leaves only around 13.5% of the population (1.25 million people) eligible for the vaccine but still not immune or vaccinated. This also means Israel was able to vaccinate between 1/4 and 1/3 of the remaining eligible population in the past 2 weeks.
Your 5% estimate is probably on target. While an exact number is hard to come by, we can get a pretty good idea. At the time I posted this I didn't realize they still weren't allowing people who previously tested positive to be vaccinated. Based on that I would update this to assume 61-62% of the population is vaccinated or otherwise immune, close to 30% of the population is too young, leaving approximately 10% of the population (900k-1m people) still eligible for the vaccine.
I wonder what people who type "u" instead of "you" do with all their free time.

Anybody know why Israel is not showing safety numbers for pregnant woman. As in it is safe for the fetus?

As far as I understand in Israel they have all medical records in their systems no need to follow.

Edelstein has stopped posting his daily updates with daily vaccination numbers. Anyone know where else to get those numbers?
the misrad habriut's telegram channel posts an incredibly detailed pdf of all covid metrics once a day https://t.me/MOHreport

Have they made any safety announcements about the vaccine? I haven’t heard any. So why would you expect to hear anything about pregnant women?

I meant follow ups as in studies comparing and searching for complications.

מתוך 6,095 חולי קורונה שהתאשפזו במצב קשה או קריטי מתחילת מבצע החיסונים, רק 175 היו לאחר מנת החיסון השנייה. 75 אחוז מהם כלל לא התחסנו.

Back of the napkin math - vaccine is 78% effective (for severe disease) after first shot.

25% of 6095 = 1524
1524 - 175 = 1349
1349/6095 = 22%

You can't calculate anything. This covers a period during which the population that was vaccinated varied significantly.

The bottom line is that between vaccines and elections, covid restrictions are pretty much over in Israel.

Israel entered its third and final phase of the easing of coronavirus restrictions on Sunday.

Restaurants, event halls, sports events, and hotels reopened to the public. Seventh to tenth graders returned to their classrooms for the first time in about a year in locales with low to medium infection rates. Event halls and hotel dining rooms can operate at up to 50% capacity, with a maximum of 300 participants with green passports. Restaurants can operate at up to 75% capacity with a limit of 100 patrons. Indoor seating will be available only to those with green passports.

Shuls can operate at up to 50% capacity for green passport holders, with gatherings of up to 500 people.
