Even if it's true, a random sampling didn't test, and the Shin Bet tool made them test, so it was effective.

Once the Shin Bet tool turn(ed) off, less cases will be identified. I'm seeing conflicting information on whether or not they stopped doing it yet.

This is insane. The population that is the vast majority of the at risk group is only 8%. Is the efficacy over 95%?
