If the government mandated/incentivized it, yes. In America there’s resistance because the industry isn’t interested in transparency and true portability (don’t be fooled by the second P in HIPPA).

When you book the appointment it flags that you cant come if you need to be in quarantine.

Every nurse checks the TZ number in the health Ministry database before giving the shot, so I would assume that she would get an alert in case someone was supposed to be in bidud imho

Exactly what I thought. The question is whether one is allowed to exit quarantine for the purpose of getting vaccinated. And if not, will he be able to get vaccinated sooner by going to EY, or by waiting in Brooklyn until it's made available for him?

I don't know about Brooklyn but here you can get the vaccine basically 10 days after you return from hul if you test negative on day 9

no cell phone tracking for quarantine, only retroactively for people who test positive and it can’t be used for penalties

I don’t think it will pass 70-80%, there are anti vaxxers, people who already had covid and don’t feel the need, and people with allergies and other contradictions.

I keep reading of people that come into their Kuppah and get a vaccine even though they are not 60+. Any idea how I can do that? I have a high risk person at home but we cant seem to get an appointment.

They are not administering vaccines to anyone who recovered from COVID-19 at this point, so that group should also get the passport (which they actually currently have in the form of תעודת מחלים, but it has very limited utility).

If you add those who had COVID with those who'll get vaccinated together you'll to >85%. Considering reinfection is rare and spread via immune people is not yet proven, that's not bad at all. Should be more than enough for herd immunity.

If Israel is smart they can make a huge tourist push once citizens are vaccinated, they'll have a few months of being the only safe country in the world to visit.
