I am currently in a very Chareidi Neighborhood in Yerushalayim and the mask compliance is higher than anywhere in the USA.
FTFY
i can say the same in romema

Again, this says nothing about what it was like when there were 200 cases a day.

I've been here since it started. Mask wearing is the same it has been since this started. Compliance has always been high.

I third that (or fourth ?)
I was here since the beginning and what I see is the same level of compliance throughout. Besides the nose slippage I see sometimes. That wasn’t around before

Just got this email from a school for חינוך מיוחד

translation to English
it will not be nearly as bad as pesach!

Generaly true.
There were two "Chareidi" groups that had issues with compliance: Certain Chassidim/Mea Shearim types and the Peleg.
Now there's a third group: Those returning from Chu"l, who are used to disregarding masking "recommendations" from where they came from.
That's in addition to the natural reduction of care masking due to time and "mask fatigue".
So while the level has gone down, it's still high.
Walking the street, you will almost always see people without masks. A visible minority.
In Mea Shearim it's not a minority. Round Belz its close to  50/50.
In the Corona Hotels almost no one wears a mask ;)

Israel's Health Ministry has changed the list of "green" countries from which Israelis can return without requiring the standard 14-day isolation period.

Countries which have been removed from the "green" list and are now "red" include Croatia, Hungary, Austria, and Slovenia.

At the same time, the Health Ministry added Seychelles, Iceland, Cuba, and Serbia to the list of "green" countries.

Israel reopened its skies on August 16, after several months during which only select flights were allowed to take off and land.

During the upcoming lockdown, pre-approved flights to and from Ben Gurion International Airport will continue, allowing Israelis who already paid for tickets to enter and leave the country.

The article brings an interesting point (together with @NTorch), last lockdown there very few flights in/out of the country. Now if the lockdown gets too tough people will just leave and come back when its over.

The Charedi world took a page out of the BLM playbook, since attending a protest is exempt from the Lockdown, they have a scheduled a protest for every major Charedi city for Motzai R"H.

The roads all over Israel are empty. The majority of people follow government instructions. Israel isn't attempting 100% eradication.

Defense Minister Benny Gantz on Monday ordered the military to prepare to establish a field hospital for coronavirus cases as hospitals overflow across the country.

“Gantz has ordered staff to begin preparations to build an army field hospital that would contain about 200 beds,” a statement from the Defense Ministry said.

Israel hit a record high on Monday, registering 51,503 active infections. While a three-week nationwide lockdown was instituted on Friday to contain the outbreak, numerous violations were reported across the country. Many health experts have said that they do not expect that the lockdown will effectively flatten the curve of the virus.

Spoke to several people who have walked over multiple neighbourhoods in Yerushalayim on Rosh Hashanah and today and only saw a couple of policeman and weren't asked where they were going or stopped. Last night I saw a police checkpoint near Gesher Meitarim and they were stopping cars in both directions but today its gone.
Not much of a lockdown..............
