DP: Someone I know is coming from from the US. Israeli Citizen. Has absolutely no plan on quarantining at all. Told his kids "No answering the phone or opening the door when he's not home"....

That's why I liked the concept of forced quarantine in hotels.

The problem is that the hotels were essentially imprisonment without having committed a crime. Unfortunately too many adults are not mature enough to act responsibly and quarantine properly at home.

Green passports scheduled to be issued one week after 2nd dose.

My main question is what will be the status for kids. I.e. one the one hand they can't be vaccinated, on the other hand I can't picture schools allowing kids in class the day after returning from abroad

Get them checked for antibodies.

My main takeaway is that 75% of vaccines went to 60+ and people with chronic conditions.. implying that 25% went to younger people in good health :)
