“Mostly herd immunity” is like saying “mostly pregnant”. Herd immunity is a threshold beyond which a sufficient percentage of the community is immune to keep Rt below 1. We’re not there yet.

You're the one who made the assertion of "mostly have herd immunity" so the burden of proof is on you. In any case, my point wasn't about that (though I don't think we've reached herd immunity yet, and with all the outside visitors it doesn't really matter for the percentage of the population that isn't immune). My point was that the phrase "mostly have herd immunity" doesn't make sense.

Also, this was all of the big delivery announced for today (Sunday)? Presumably it’s a part of a bigger agreement with Pfizer for a steady supply, otherwise it’s not very significant in its own right.
