All Kupot Cholims in general or just the one by Mir?

Most young Chutznikim in the Mir have Meuchedet.
I have no data where exactly they took the blood for the antibody test for each of the peoples tests, but it's not like there's a clinic across the street that gives blood tests. (There's a doctor, no nurse services).
The bachurim probably took it either on Shivtei Yisrael or Malachi/Chagi, the marrieds where ever they live; Romema, Arzei, RE, Har Nof, Bayit Vegan, RBS, Kiryat Sefer
The Israeli talmidim have whatever kupa they have.

Some of my family had Covid around Sukkos. Of those who did not, some tested positive for antibodies around Chanuka and some negative. Our doctor said that she has been seeing results like these in many families and she is perplexed by it.
Tests were done in Meuhedet.

Not sure what's perplexing about that.

Those who tested negative had just as much covid exposure as those who tested positive.

They just have different bodies and different immune systems. This has been seen everywhere.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

If I decide to go to EY, and supposedly will have to be in quarantine for 10 days (presuming I will be able to get a negative COVID-19 test on day 9).

Will I be able to get a vaccine even though I am not a member of any Kupat Cholim? I am over the age of 45.

If the answer to the question above is yes, where would I go?

And lastly, will they verify the quarantine status, or can I go while I'm supposed to be in quarantine?

There are 4 young pregnant women in Israel who are now in critical condition, at least some of whom had no prior comorbidities.

https://www.mako.co.il/news-lifestyle/2021_q1/Article-65780a1f9371771027.htm
Up to 10 women now, some of whom are no longer pregnant. At least 3 have the UK Variant, and Israel is checking the others.

Did you get the results in batches? The negatives separate from the positives? I know of some families with the Meuchedet false negatives that received the negative results very quickly, and the positives took more time.
If you have the need for it it's def worth it to test privately. There are Docs who will give you a Teudat Machlim if you have Positive private antibodys

At this point with the at risk people mostly vaccinated it would be most beneficial to specifically vaccinate those people who are most careless and/or get around most. Maybe set up vaccination at Ben Gurion and vaccinate eligible people before departure and/or upon arrival.

You cant force people to vaccinate.

At this stage it's all about mass vaccination, so since the kupot holim have massive inventory and 200k+ capacity daily, they want to make sure there is enough people targeted. IMHO

I’m not talking about forcing people. I’m just saying make it available where people are already passing through anyway. Bring it to them at Ben Gurion.

IMHO location is not the issue. You have vaccination centers all around the country

That way you'll get the people who didn't get around to it / didn't realize they were eligible, and might not mind if it doesn't take much time.

(Though if there are temp side effects, they might not want to deal with them while traveling.)
Workflowy. You won't know what you're missing until you try it.
