I hate that they only publicize half of the story. I understand that this is cumulative, but need to compare each day to the equivalent general unvaccinated population.

Anyway, this is bh very encouraging.

It's a little complicated to calculate because the 63 infections data is cumulative but occurred over a period of time. During that same period of time the general positivity rate (I think) has fluctuated, but trended upward. Also, during the same period of time the number of 2nd vaccinations (required to determine daily "unvaccinated"  counts for each day this time period) has gone up. "Unvaccinated" for purpose of this determination would mean people who recieved no vaccine or only one vaccine (because we're comparing 2nd dose data to everyone else).

True, but I'm sure they can put this together.

Did Obamacare specifically legislate urgent care, or did someone find a loophole to provide care outside of PCP (lock-in and negotiated rates) and emergency rooms (high rates but narrow scope) that turned out quite lucrative and thus ballooned into what urgent care is today?

No. Obamacare expanded Medicaid (AKA the Rolls Royce plan) eligibility (at least in certain states) and brought about more insured people. Many people who would previously go to an ER for any treatment because they could get treated there even though they didn't have insurance, are now going to Urgent Care centers. And with COVID-19 open enrollment deadlines are out of the window, so anyone can get insurance whenever they want and be covered for anything and everything, pre-existing or not.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

If the .65/week number is correct, then .014 is amazing in that it’s less than 3% of the weekly infection rate in the “unvaccinated” population.

How does this explain the prevalence of these catering to populations that did not go to ERs for primary treatment?

News to me, I got a test for my daughter to get out of bidud for tomorrow with no problems

My son was in bidud in Yeshiva due to exposure to others and then the group in bidud had 5 test positive so they restarted his clock again.

Since my son had COVID in March I paid for an antibody test which showed that he was still high on the scale and he was released from bidud immediately.

Now my son and the six other boys who tested positive for antibodies are delivering food and other items to all the boys in bidud.

Did your son ever get a positive PCR test (in March)?

Nope - they were not testing early in March in NY. We called the doctor and were told to just all stay home. But he did have a positive antibody test in April.

I know about that, they were only testing for COVID-19 in NY if one had difficulty breathing or other severe symptoms.

Positive antibody test in NY or in EY?

Did they give him תעודת מחלים?

So far he has a אישור החלמה

EMACARE said that there is something else that is being processed at the Ministry of Health, but we dont have it yet.
