March 21 had 669 cases out of 47k tests (1.5%). At this rate expect the airport to open to foreigners by the end of April (at least vaccinated foreigners).

Israel is down to 529 in serious condition and 816 in hospitals.

Only 669 cases yesterday, yet another over 50% drop week over week, which has been happening every single day. 1.45% positive. Another big drop.
The initial update for today is 0.91% positive.

Assuming elections and Pesach don't change the trajectory, it should be ~300/day by March 27, ~150/day by April 4, ~75 by April 11, ~37 by April 18, ~18 by April 25, ~10 by May 1. That's ignoring the fact the rate of decline has been growing.

More than 10 positive cases are flying in every day, so it probably won't ever get that low...

This is just so typical Israeli SOP. Everything done at the last moment, no-one notified. Total mess.

The person I was inquiring for, made an appointment for today, showed up at said location. MADA wasn't there, the local village arranged for Novolog to administer the vaccines instead. However, they didn't know what to do with non Kupat Cholim members, and after a while just took the contact information of those and sent them home telling them that they will be contacted.

It seems like Harel now sells visitor insurance to Israeli citizens that don't live in Israel on a daily basis, that includes a Kupat Cholim membership card (there is waiting period of a couple of days after purchase before Kupat Cholim can be accessed). It's unclear if that will help with vaccination or a green passport.

A week ago Monday, there were 2,124 cases. We might end up way way way less with the final update in the morning.

I was thinking of getting tested before the Seder, I'm sure many others thought the same. Testing should skyrocket now.
