Hi - Unfortunatly I do not qualify for insurance to cover the costs. I do feel it will improve quality of life and am willing to pay out of pocket. I have a friend that did it in Mexico for 5k - but for me it sounds to risky.
Has anyone done it in the USA at a decent price with a good Doctor? What was the cost?
