It's a good point, but I think there is a legitimate answer. (Perhaps not the true answer, but a real answer in any event.)

Look at where 3,000+ years of persecution has left us? We are accepted here, have full opportunity, and can achieve any goal we wish to.

Look where 400+ years has left them? Subject to racial inequality, statistically overwhelmingly poor and unprivileged.

Now for what I think the true answer is: the Torah teaches morals that are unmatched. Jews have always had a lower crime rate than any other race/nationality. Even Mark Twain points this out.

Never said anyone is perfect. But if Mark Twain can write it, I can echo it a possible reason Jews don't resort to riots even from the depth of oppression.

the truth is that the greatest challenge is risk assessment not race in particular
these cops cant predict the next move of the perpetrator, therefore it never advised to resist, fight it out in court, and try to be welcoming "Hi officer I hope you're well" it adds a lot
