I just opened a savings account for all my kids and they EACH got $27 put into their accounts from ING.

does anyone know if ING does a pull on your credit score? I was about to open an account and it wrote "PLEASE NOTE: As part of the account application process, we will obtain information about you from a consumer reporting agency. Based on that information, we may or may not open an Electric Orange for you". would this be a hard pull or soft pull? thanks!

There is also a deal for $107 for opening a checking account and making 5 transactions.  If you could get this deal in addition to the $27, it could be worth a hard pull.
