Yup. IINM the Rebbe once spoke about the fact that the name of the neighborhood means כתר עליון! Though it is also known fondly by it's nickname
כאן צוה (ה' את הברכה) though I'm not sure if that comes from the Rebbe.
Which is why you are confined to limited outdoor minyanim, while even 770 is fully open. And while you (might) feel confident about not getting killed by COVID-19, your community at large doesn't have the same confidence that we have in the Jewish neighborhoods of Brooklyn.
And circling back to my original post that brought up this discussion. If 1,000 people in any Jewish neighborhood in Brooklyn got an antibody test, what benefit would it give? How about if the entire community you live in (I didn't use a number because I have no clue about the size) had an antibody test, what would be the benefit?
