Got my account to work again!
Side question; Anyone have any experience with Dell returns? I bought a monitor recently and promptly unboxed it and dumped the box. I never even plugged it in and I noticed that lmaasseh I don’t need it. I chatted with Dell and they said I should return it in any box. Do they deny returns? Will they charge me a restocking fee?

Should be easy and simple. No restocking.

When is there a restocking fee? My first return had it, but a freind didn’t…

What's the best way to get through to functional Dell costumer service? Since when did Dell ship with Pandion? (What is Pandion???) They were supposed to deliver my order a couple days ago and on their website it tracks as going in circles and being returned and reshipped and returned again all before getting near me.
