NYC offering financial aid to restaurants

NYC has announced a financial aid program to assist restaurants in need (this might include takeouts as well).
Funds are limited and will be awarded to restaurants who agree to follow certain "best employee practices" as noted in the document below, and to establishments who donate free food to those in need.
