I do know one man who unfortunately passed away but contracted the infection in Lakewood just after Purim and didn’t spread it further in Baltimore AFAIK
Update: Just found out he was not in Baltimore at all during his illness but was staying in Deal before he passed away.

There were many bochrim coming in with the virus but were all forced to stay at home and recommended to be secluded from rest of family although not many people went that far (kinda impossible for most) ot did not have a big effect bc no one was going out at all

Interesting.  So basically the entire community is still vulnerable to the virus?  Have they discussed any arrangements re: re-opening?
In CLE places are reopening slowly and limiting capacity. I'm one of the rare people with antibodies here.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

That could be a problem....
As I said earlier There have been outdoor minyanim but only for the last few weeks, which were under specific guidelines.
One boys cheder opened up recently for1.5 hours a day with two shifts....
Very makpid on no out of town guests until this past shabbos.
They did have enough people with antibodies to support a Mayo Clinic antibody drive at Bais Yaakov

Still only minimally opened.

Baltimore has a very strong Vaad Harabonim with all the major Rabonim on board who worked with drs to set policies.
It's not really an option for anyone to not comply with the rules bc every Rov is part of it.
You can read the rules here: (Start from the bottom, as those were released right after Purim going to to the most recent, this past Thursday)

What a novel approach.
