Transferring AMEX points to Diff. Amex account

I want to redeem some points for Amex gift cards but my father has 40% until end of December and I only have 20% off. Is there any way I can transfer them or get them to let me have the 20% off also?
Any ideas? I tried calling a bunch of times and I keep getting turned down.

thats a ridiculous way to use points, even with 40% off its still (at best) only 1.4 CPM

i was asking cuz ther r ppl who pay for it from 650 to 750 instantly  i can give u the best names i did some shopping on my own pm if interested

Never heard of anybody paying more than 1.6 in these days for Amex, especially not for 40K points. Please post whom you know with better offers.
