Didn't Amex just run a purchasing bonus with BA?

It may actually be a longer wait if they are considering that purchase bonus as part of the above "schedule."

My mistake. I thought there was a bonus from Amex for purchasing BA and getting a % bonus on the purchase. Looks like it was through BA and not in conjunction with Amex.

Nah, I said back then that we'd probably never see DL again once CO left.

I think we'll see BA again in 2014, but they're definitely making it less often.

Vast majority of AMEX went to CO. Once they left DL was the only domestic network carrier left and the average joe transfers there without incentive required.

BA doesn't have that leverage so they provide incentives.  At some point they're going to want a rev influx.

Of those you listed AMEX MR only transfers to DL.

Lucky for you they're running a 30% rebate promo now.

define rebate promo? does it work as a transfer bonus or does 30% of #deltasucks skypesos spent go back into the account?
