The reason I want to change it is because I think DDF is giving my info out to the CRA's. Had a fraud alert the other day and one of the questions was "Which of the following states does Chaim xxxxxx live in.? 

She asked me if she was pronouncing the first name correctly. I was going to say "How would I know" but didn't.

If you had to wear a mask because you’d die otherwise you’d get used to it real fast like glasses, seatbelts, life jackets, or any other “imposition”. Within a week you’d forget it existed and it would be second nature. You *never* gave it that chance because from day one you’ve been in denial about the efficacy of communal mask wearing. (Unless you have underlying respiratory issues, which you said you don’t have).

Mask wearing is literally a tiny step to take that would greatly improve safety overall but as I’ve pointed out there seem to be religious objections to it. It’s what made me realize this was never about government overreach or “lockdown issues”, but always about selfishness and personal comfort. Mask wearing will be uncomfortable for anyone in the beginning. But for some reason doctors, nurses, food industry workers etc. who are required to wear masks all day figure it out and live with it.

Just notifiying the thread here that, although it may not be ethically sound, there seems to be a way to 'manufacture' likes, if you will. I didnt mean to take the credit for this joke (i even credited the one who posted it first) but I seem to have garnered more likes than the original post. I'm privately protesting this injustice to the 1st poster but I do enjoy the likes from it...

Step 3: Re-post that side's talking points as many times as possible.
Step 4: Add some controversy to the topic so it doesn't die out.
Step 5: Repeat steps 3 and 4 as needed.

On a completely unrelated note, I think @S209 deserves a like commission from a few members here, myself included.

My points in bold.



In short, my thoughts:

- The overall layout is pretty perfect. Going with Suave-example-style instead of SMF/FT/etc would be horrible.
- People come to the forums for information, not too look at pretty tiles and crap. There should be absolutely zero dead space. DDF now does a great job of packing in the content - don't screw with that.
- DDF now is not that complicated. If you can't figure out how to bold text you should probably stick to DDFB.


Upgrades I personally feel would be worth it:

- DD-side image hosting, but with the ability to embed remaining
- Draft auto-save (How has this not been mentioned yet? I'm sure everyone here has at one point lost a post. I know I've had several TRs disappear before I learned to constantly copy and paste into a text doc or something)
- Better deal organization
- Everything else is peanuts and just not worth it.


At the end of the day, I feel that there are three basic requirements here:

1. Change should only happen if significant benefits to the user are added.
2. Overall look and layout should remain similar to the existing.
3. No existing content or functionality should be lost.

If all three of those are not met, I vote stick to what we have.
