If a drunk is sitting on a curb, not listening to an officers command. It makes sense that the cop shouldn’t get so aggressive and pull out a gun, he should give a little leeway because the drunk can’t reason like a normal person. But a drunk person that is being combative and stole a taser, should not be given that same consideration because even though he can’t reason normally, he is still a threat

Or because he cant reason properly he is more of a threat.

Especially after showing a combative attitude.

I am tired of replying to non-sense. His partner was right there and could see the guy laying on the ground. Not only that his partner stood on his shoulder/arm as he laid on the ground bleeding. That is why he is being charged.

If I understand correctly, a taser cartridge can only be used once before loading again. If so, if it was shot already, it would need to be reloaded.

Another thing to consider.

The police officers saw that this guy was capable in overpowering them, steal their weapon, and use it against them. Maybe the guy is gonna over power them against and steam his firearm the next time around?

The more I think about this it just seems that the officer acted appropriately.

FYI, his attorney is denying that he kicked him and that he didn't give him cpr right away.
