1) It isn't free.

2) I would love to answer these questions myself, but I work in marketing and don't have the insight into the various products as our salesmen do. As they are busy most of the day handling phone calls, they can't monitor the forum regularly. But they're more than happy to answer direct e-mails.

So funny to see this pop up yesterday.

We needed a new 2nd fridge and the LG Model which is on sale at Best Buy and Home Depot for slightly under $600 was backordered through March.

I went on the LG site looking for other resellers and they recommended Appliance Connection who had it at about the same price as Best Buy and Home Depot and it was in stock - https://www.appliancesconnection.com/lg-ltcs20020w.html

I ordered at 9PM last night with expected delivery by Friday and the logistics company called this morning to say that delivery would be this afternoon.

Then I see this "last active August 2020" post.
