I'm not a Breslover, (visited once on a stopover from the US to TLV) but I imagine that the breslov crowd is going to have a hard time keeping away from Uman.
I could see the Israeli govt banning flights to/from Ukraine, but whats going to stop them from chartering a plane to the UK or some other country and then to Ukraine?

Before shavous when people from all over the world were waiting to get into Ukraine and the borders were closed even for emergencies and even with quarantine etc., somehow hundreds of frum people made it to Uman and Medzibush for shavuos.

There were full nesiyas to mezhbuz for yomtov, and more people go every day. Like everything in life you need to know the right people... Same story with poland/hungary etc...

Ukraine is gonna let everyone in they need it. And there's no way israel can stop people from leaving. They can not let them back in, but i doubt that'll happen

Australia doesn't allow its citizens to travel abroad, so everything is possible. However, I doubt Israel will make much of an issue, with quarantine hotels on the return being the worst case scenario

If Ukraine was a US state and the governor was a D, the bleeding heart liberals would be telling us how bad the Breslovers are for going against the science and traveling to Uman. Boruch Hashem Ukraine is a separate country and it does't affect Trump's reelection so no one cares.
