In no shape or form will Russia even be in the Uman vicinity on land

The only fear I have is c"v missiles, there have been just a handful over Uman. The first pic of a dead civilian on the street I saw was in Uman just a mile from the tzion in the first night of the war

Obviously Russia knows better to send a missile at a place where there will be thousands of foreigners.
