From first hand reports, there is currently no requirement to show any QR code.

The website resolves to IP address 35.246.215.141 - looks like hundreds of other Israeli websites are under this same IP, hosted in Germany / Google Cloud, and all using letsencrypt for SSL certificate. https://host.io/ip/35.246.215.141

My son (heading to Vinnytsia on Merkos Shlichus for RH. Third time to Ukraine since the special operations started) just messaged me from the Ukrainian border (from Moldova) that there are tons of people heading to Uman. I asked him for pictures, but he said the big busses already left, sent only a picture of one van.
