I'm really disappointed that the Trump administration is not participating in a transition. While everyone has a right to exhaust every legal effort, you are an idiot if you deny that Biden still has a solid shot at being president on January 20th, and if you care about the country, you should prepare him for that possibility.

You're saying with certainty that he will not be president while complaining that others say with certainty that he will. That's wrong. Everyone should acknowledge that he is ahead in the race and ALSO that the courts can potentially overturn it.

They get briefings, but limited. They aren't read in at the level of the President. The President-elect gets a higher level briefing, but I'm not sure if it's the same briefing the President gets, or if it's based off of need-to-know.

Left-wing (and leaning) outlets have their viewers diluted between a bunch of networks. From a business angle, competing with Fox would seem to make a lot of sense.
