How long did it take you to get the gift emails? I got the first gift email 2 minutes after my first order, but still nothing 10 minutes now since my second order

From what I have read on SD, many times people are not receiving a gift (/email) at all. It was quoted there in the name of a "Senior AmEx CSR" that it is entirely random if you will receive a gift at all, each purchase.
