Looking to split YouTube TV membership with anyone interested. Cost will be ~$20 a month depending on how many join.

There are issues with doing this, mostly that there is some periodic requirement to log in from the "home" geography.

We have been unable to share with a close friend because when I log in it says, "hey log in from home and then maybe we can give you tv" (paraphrasing obviously).

I would love to split this, but I'm not sure how viable it is.

maybe if it’s your own personal one. Google is quite good at recognizing VPN. Also, outside of TV, if using your phone or tablet or device to watch, YouTube TV app requires location permissions, at least once to verify that you’re in the home region

What happens if you sign up in the Bay Area and are traveling and turn on Youtube TV? Does it not let you watch certain things?
