Chase application

Trying to apply, but it keeps saying application unavailable due to a system issue. Is this just a system error, or are they not allowing applications?

@Dan you're Ink Preffered link isn't working. It also seems like you have to sign in to apply, but there's no way to make an account with out a card

You need a Chase business checking account for Chase Business cards (new rule)
