Spotify geographical arbitrage

Spotify Premium launched in Israel with family subscription about 30% cheper than in the US. I'm considering signing up for an Israeli account, though I'm not sure what I would need to do. Will I need an Israeli CC, only Israeli address, use a VPN to masquerade as signing up from Israel?

Are there any other countries that seem to have this kind of arbitrage?

I think it recognizes PayPal by the card it's connected to.

Maybe try an app called PaybyPrivacy.

It generates a virtual card number for you to pay with, it's possible that you can change the location.
