ive been scammed twice in the past month and wondering if im the only one...
one purchase was thru site turnacy, fulfilled by vancany. i purchased an outdoor bench which they would ship for free. reached out to them after a day or two asking status of order and they replied theyll send me tracking as soon as its uploaded. two weeks later they sent me a tracking which tracked a package in china. package just arrived with that tracking number.... 5 masks.
second purchase was a scooter from sportecentral.com. never received anything other than confirmation email

Don't know if this qualifies, but I once bought an iPhone on Ebay and it was reported stolen so I wasn't able to activate it. Contacted Ebay and they refunded the money immediately. (Seller was supposed to send a return label but never did. Must have chickened out...)

There’s a bunch of Chinese websites selling things for ridiculously cheap prices and offering free shipping taking payment via PayPal and never getting the item

I bought a S10 from Amazon warehouse it was reported stolen and my account was locked for 24 hours... The only compensation was a $50 credit

I bought a swingset on aoilshop.com and Ive been waiting for weeks with no delivery. It is from china so it makes sense that it takes forever but very possible is a scam. Anyone have experience?

I ordered gloves on Amazon shipped from China didn't arrive after 8 weeks.
Seller rating was terrible everyone saying it's a scan, so I Emailed seller and they refunded

Item arrived 3 weeks later (total 11).
I actually feel bad for seller, as they are full of 1 star ratings with comments saying they are scammers, meanwhile it's just covid delayed shipping from China it seems.

A guy somehow convinced me to lay out $20 for him at Grand Central. When I look back, I still think there was no way for me to avoid it, and no matter how much I try to convince my friends and family, I still feel like everyone would have fell for him. He must have had some inside talent of making people feel guilty.

my younger brother is all excited he found this site that sells macbooks for $99.95! and then looks at the iphones ... also $99.95, and the watches also $99.95 lol

oh and I just took a quick look at the website just now. it greets you with the words "Juest The right amount of everything"

Back OT: recently I've been seeing cloned copies of standard company websites that could pass for the real thing ..... bc besides the design is copy/paste from the actual site!

I ordered a keurig in ibemli.com . Has since been taken down. At least I payed through Paypal
