I reserved an AirBNB BC (before corona) in Jerusalem with a check-in date of August 3rd. AirBNB has just updated their special circumstances policy (https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/2701/extenuating-circumstances-policy-and-the-coronavirus-covid19) to cover my check-in dates! However, in order to get a refund (and not just a credit), I need to show proof that the Israeli government is not letting Americans in. (See attachment below). Does anyone have a link to an official website that shows this restriction?

You can forget it. Waste of time. You won't receive a penny back from Airbnb, they'll just be sending messages backwards and fowards.
