IME they were very strict about it on the lines, getting onto the rides, and when you come back. They would get very upset if anyone wasn't wearing one properly even way in the back of the line. Once you are on the ride, past them, your good till you get back. Walking around, it's like the street, it depends who you bump into. YMMV

on line for attractions it's strictly enforced
walking around not so much as long as you are social distancing (you may get the occasional put your damn mask on from some people)
Kids have to wear and cover nose

Another question for those who've been to Jiminy Peak, what's the best way to proceed in terms of getting tickets for a family. I.e., I have a bunch of older kids that I definitly am getting the unlimited passes for, but some younger kids that will at most do one or two which it seems it would be cheaper to just pay as I go, and same for me and my wife. How does that work with booking the slot, can I just book the slot for the unlimited ones and then the rest of us can come in and pay as we go? Thanks!
Also, general question about the Berkshires, this TR from the OP is definitely very helpful, but was there any attraction/park or the like that anyone else found that would be worthwhile to try and do in addition or instead? Thanks!

dont know that there even is a pay as you go option
there are two options AFAIK, Mountain Adventure - which has like 5 things that you can do and the combo which includes the Aerial Adventure
Aerial is a 2 hour slot that you need to stay in that section the whole two hours you cant go back and forth
so what people do is lets say 10-12 in Aerial and 1-5 in Mountain (12-1 is lunch )
As far as other things
Boating on Lake Onota- they have both motorized and not- its a beautiful nice size lake 20 minutes away (you can swim in the lake too if you'd like ) and there is a public park there too
Uncle Dons Farmyard for little kids down the road from JP
Plenty of Hikes and Waterfalls
Bash Bish (around 45 minutes away ) soemthing that can be done on the way, but you need to go early, they have COVID limits
Wahconah Falls State Park is a good one

We stayed at HI Vacation Club Oak n Spruce at the foot of Beartown Mountain. There were great hikes and a nice lake where you could swim or boat.

Tznius warning. Going here is basicly like to going to a public pool.
We found Upachene Falls to be much quieter and we were able to find a level where we could enjoy privately.

Wahconah Falls if there is a tznius issue, it's only in the lower pool usually

I was curious what people do who will not really go on enough attractions to justify the Mountain Adventure pass, and whether you still need to reserve a slot. The OP had mentioned something "$39 and $29 unlimited depending on your size and you only pay if you ride," does anyone know what that means? If I buy the unlimited but don't end up using I can get refunded? Thanks again to all for all the shared info, makes planning the trip so much easier!

yes there are single use tickets for purchase at the window. Otherwise u need to book wristbands online and they are sold for 3 or 4 hour time slots due to covid. There are two packages that include access to different attractions. Depending on hight, you may only be able to go on some but not others. Does this help?
