You should be out since you have your facts wrong. The one made that claim after KH comment.
"In 2020, after Harris’s comments, Tara Reade also made headlines for accusing Biden of sexually assaulting her while she worked in his U.S. Senate office in 1993."
You're right about the Reade allegations happening after Harris said she believed his other accusers. You're very mistaken to imply that it's possible that Reade could possibly be mistaken to think she was raped. If the contact happened, and Biden was her superior, that argument can't be made in good faith. If contact didn't happen, then it's a false allegation and not one of mistaken perceptions.
Regardless, Harris has an obligation to answer the accusation better than, "I know Joe, and this accusation isn't consistent with the Joe I know." Mind you, she didn't know Joe in 93. She also had this to say about Kavanaugh, and it should most certainly apply to a nominee for POTUS:
I strongly believe the FBI and the people in the FBI who have the experience of dealing with sexual assault cases should be charged with doing an investigation. The United States Senate needs to know who this person, Brett Kavanaugh, really is. That's the issue.
The point is, to be an outspoken advocate of the #metoo movement and to then dismiss rape allegations out of hand when it's politically expedient is hypocritical and unworthy of respect. She needs to address the allegations publicly. The following piece is partisan spin, but still very much on point:
