Would you use Vaseline for a sunburn?
« on: July 03, 2020, 12:55:03 AM »
Funny question isn't it?

I'm all confused with all the answers that I find online.

Hence, I'm really curious what people actually did for a sunburn or if people have used Vaseline to treat let's say your foot which is burned from a sunburn?

Not sure, but it might be prescription. If you own some, its definitely the best cream for burns.

I have a sunburn on most of my back been Doing that since I got home from the beach before I even felt it it’s now 36 hours since and it doesn’t seem to be getting better
Any ideas how to rush up the process
Someone mentioned to me something about using Saran Wrap To cover the burn and makes it heal much faster if you have any info would really appreciate it (having a hard time sleeping sitting up)

Try a Solarcaine spray. Works wonders.

Aloe Vero seemed to do the trick. Thanks.

Looks like there was such a thread 7 years back...

Trick is always to treat immediately. I have found some aloe veras to work and some not so its possible quality matters.
