What criteria will have to be met to be able to host people for meals?

I know guessing as to a timeframe is impossible but what do you think would need to happen for it to be accepted and safe again to have people over for Shabbos meals?

June 1st 2020 should be safe in NY, just a prediction, it really boils down to what nusach one davens
