its a major hassle to run this operation, many administrators were waiting for the day they could stop this
stores are getting more money when people go shopping, distributes were raking it in

if someone goes back to work they are not eligible?
aren't the schools making money?

I've seen frum communities do a once a week distribution at convenient hours. I.e. Thursday night pick up food for the week when you would have been shopping anyway....

yea in boro park a mosed did so last week there was a line of a few hundred people
