The recent huge drop in cases was because they stopped public testing sites for a few days because of the hurricane.
But before that it was already dropping, but not that fast.

Yea, FL's numbers have bigger problems than a little storm hiccup. The good news I'm hearing is from doctors in hospitals.

IINM, indoor was never fully open in Miami. I believe the spike caused them to lower the capacity thresholds from 50% to 25%, but I could be wrong.

Is there any documented location that was hit really hard at the local level, saw numbers drop off, and then had a huge spike some time later? That would give at least some credence to the claim that it’s renewed vigilante to SD protocols that is driving the ebb and wane.

Jewish Doctor's in shul over shabbos reporting a huge drop in serious cases that they've been seeing.
