Bonus Points are awarded for certain items as not others. There are also Walgreens coupons.  If you do tecdeal as written then it works

It looks like the P&G rebate is valid 7/5/2020 to 8/31/2020  AT ANY STORE, not just walgreens.
Although OP was excited that the Walgreens coupons on these products make the cost even lower.
