I think the chances are less than 2% that you will be allowed to enter without quarantine
Life isn't about checking the boxes. Nobody cares.

You would need an unpredictable game changing variable like a vaccine or new testing. Israel is peaking every day, and on the verge of a second total lockdown

It seems people look at it very bleak.
We are 2.5 month away...
The lockdown is heavily influenced by the economic state of things, which can't be underestimated.
What I'm afraid of, is that even if they'd be ready to open, they would wait specifically till sukkos is over, not to get Israelis to travel abroad and foreigners flying in, which would raise the level of infected people considerably...

It looks like United extended the group deposit waiver... United Groups replied to me by email:

Email #1

Thank you for contacting United Airlines.

The waiver is for the deposit only. If the unticketed group cancels by 31 August  United would refund the deposit.

The ticket is only refundable if United cancels the flight or we

are unable to fly due to government mandates.

Once the tickets have been issued, you may use them as future

credit. The ticket would be valid for 12 months.

We appreciate your business.

Best Regards,

Denise Brown

There is a waiver in place for group deposits to be refunded prior to ticketing through 31 August. This waiver replaces your original utilization date.

Having said that, I see some of your groups need to be ticketed prior to 31 August. You will need to either cancel or have the tickets issued by the "Names Due" date on each contract.

Thank you for being a dedicated United traveler!

Kind Regards,

Denise Brown
