Not like Brazil, only in stores etc...and Lakewood was highly compliant at the start, until it became obvious it made no sense here.

That is true of most countries in the world, but IIRC the President of Brazil is vocally against masks and has withheld mask legislation. I don’t believe it’s true and would need to see a source to convince me.

I was very clear- I disputed the notion that Brazil had a higher rate of mask compliance than other countries. Your source that they do was that they had mask laws. That doesn’t change anything for me, because the President is very against mask wearing and I’ve seen plenty of reports on the low rate of compliance and none that say they were in use at high rates.
