Not sure why that would be lying even if I understood his post wrongly. So now he can't go slightly off topic? This is DDF.
You’re lying because you’re alleging that I twisted the meaning of a post when the post came in middle of a conversation and I understood it accordingly. There was no reason to attribute it to referring to the law, or ice cream, or ducks, or smoked herring, as that was *not* what the conversation was about. Do you see how you accused me of something (twisting his words) that you are guilty of yourself? Sure, he now claims it was the government he was talking about, but that’s not what he said.
Besides, you're being ridiculous if you think s/o is making the claim that it's immoral for s/o else to wear a mask. I know you think he's crazy, but that's a real stretch. Think about it for a second. It hasn't been even insinuated in any other post. The intent is obvious.
Is it a stretch to think he’s accusing someone of wearing a mask to get attention? So it’s an attention grab but not immoral because that would be crazy. Got it.
Yes, I obviously thought that was nuts, hence my response..
I'm not trying to be dan lkaf zechus. I thought it was rich how the guy preaching about midos was calling names.
And by doing so, overlooked the fact that he was just trying to defend
@username against a baseless accusation
I don't think it's at all clear that the intent is as you are portraying it. It seems clear to me the other way around. You yourself respondedIt looks like you're too involved so that anyone who often disagrees with you is now always...
Involved in what? We discussed this subject today on multiple threads and I and others thought it was clear what he meant. Why don’t we ask him to chime in? I’d love to hear what
@Jeremiah honestly says he meant. Because you’re probably wrong. I was responding with an alternative explanation for why he would be wearing a mask.. as in, *not* what he originally insinuated (that it was “for attention”)
Ok, I’m done.
Good Shabbos!
