it went 1st offer $5,$10,$30
Basically i  told her i pay $110 for prime membership, "are you providing prime services" and she kept saying well due to..., " ARE YOU YES OR NO"? she answered ok lemme see what we can do

Wow, my membership renews next week, so I just chatted with them and politely said that I understand the past few months have been really hard for them, but almost every one of my orders (and I make a lot) has been cancelled or delayed, and not one has arrived in 2 days, and I don't feel that I got my money's worth this past year.

I asked for a partial refund or else a credit toward next year's bill, and she came back with a 50% refund for last year! Hope this DP helps some others.

How about items shipped and never arriving? Almost anything sent via UPS Surepost doesn't end up getting delivered.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!
