No rush shipping gone?

I haven't had a no rush shipping option in weeks no matter the total. Anyone else experiencing this?

I get them once in a blue. Seems to depend on the item rather than on the order total.

I found that when ordering one of a given item I did not get it, while ordering two items (same item or even two different items) the no rush shipping appeared!
