Merkos has way more sway with Shluchim than they do with Anash. 3/4 of Crown Heights Anash would not come to a Merkos run Kinnus.

OOT anash have more allegiance to merkos. And it's the OOT'ers that would benefit the most b'ruchniyus from such a convention IMHO. Not to exclude the locals, but they won't make or break such a kinus.

RC did come over, not sure why we didn't chap him for a pic.
