The most reliable source is Hatzolah. Check numbers now vs. back in March. Not to compare. All the other numbers are BS.

We get that everyone thinks the metric they happened to choose is the only one that matters and all others are worthless but even when you check Hatzalah calls now vs. any other time in history we are at an all time high, outside of March. Who said this has to get to March to be very bad? That’s a straw man. March was *devastating*. It’s terrible if we get to 1/10th of what we had there.

That’s besides the fact Hatzalah has publicly stated that people are afraid to call Hatzalah. I know 2 people who were having a bad time but refused to call Hatzalah. One called after a lot of begging. The other managed to get a doctor to take care of her in her home instead.

But the communities that sought treatment from hatzala in March, would also seek treatment from hatzala now, so it could potentially be a good barometer.

I'm not there, so I can only theorize. But I have to imagine people don't want to be the "reason" the positive rate is so high.

I’m not so sure about that, though I obviously don’t know either way. IINM you were not so confident of that either

You can't say back in march let's say 50% of the calls were people really having difficulty breathing, therefore now it's definitely more than 50%.

There are quite a few shuls requiring masks, a few have moved outdoors, many have reopened tents. They’re also (officially) strict about not letting exposed or positive  people enter.

Between me and you, many people aren’t taking it too seriously.

I don't know, I'm not affiliated with that shul. Just pointing out that structurally KA is different that most other shuls of that size.
