I don't know the details, but unless someone knows otherwise I will assume the school did not force him to come in so the school didn't put him at risk.

Not to beat a dead horse and I don’t have a strong opinion on the prior discussion but SCK is just about the largest COVID denier in existence. I’m not sure he would have allowed a principal to just stay home and keep his job for the future because of COVID.

Worst sore throat probably in a decade. Out for the count for a few days. Just improving now. I wonder if it’s the flu hitting with a vengeance this year.

This may not be relevant for communities like Lakewood that don't heed much caution, but nationwide, I'd think the flu spread would be significantly down this year, since people are wearing masks and taking covid precautions.

but maybe as someone that has the achriyus of thousands of kids on his head, he sees it a drop differently than you. I BH haven’t seen anyone with a major downfall in ruchnyus from the lockdown, but I heard it’s been devastating. BH he opened up and everyone else eventually followed along, I can only imagine the schar he’s getting for all the hrs of limud hatorah of tinokes shel Bais raban. Imagine if we would’ve waited for Murphy or better yet some of the “Doctors” in town, we’d probably still be waiting....

As usual, your head is still buried in the sand and you refuse to realize, let alone acknowledge, the seriousness of COVID and that people’s lives were literally saved (and others’ literally lost) directly due to early action/inaction (b’derech hateva). That anyone with any sense can still deny reality is both fascinating and terrible.

But then again, you still think Trump won the election. I shouldn’t be surprised.

Any updates? My friend says it’s not as bad as a couple weeks ago, and he’s been very accurate with predicting upticks before the numbers show it.
