Not a short waiting time, but you sign in at Friendly’s and you have a place in line, and website to track your place. You walk in, sign in, ask how long the wait is, and come back when it’s your time. The wait was 1-3 hours when I went.

I'm not sure they're doing asymptomatic testing, you can ask, but Singer is the fastest (shortest wait) and least intrusive actual PCR test.

I believe BMG has random testing drives and they'll test anyone who walks by.
