The term "lockdown" is so abused. Going into quarantine with your family is not a lockdown. Entire cities and/or countries not being allowed to leave their houses for 2 months is a lockdown.

[P]eople who said, "hold up, if you've tested positive, don't be visiting grandma" are made to look like they're saying "never visit grandma, ever".

That's an extremely dishonest way to have a discussion[.]

Just did it for almost 3 weeks.
I was positive (along with 2 other family members) - kids were exposed to me. Need 10 day quarantine. Tested everyone on day 4. All negative. On day 7 oldest shows symptoms and tests positive. On day 8 the rest of the kids started showing symptoms and tested positive. Needed another 10 days.
Fun times. BH all were mild cases. Biggest danger was killing each other but BH we all survived.

at least after this I will feel less guilty around older people ;)
Personally, I'd be careful around older people for a few extra weeks.
There is so much unknown.

Not sure what you consider outside of our community but nursing homes are using it. Cant say everywhere but definitely in many states.
I don't have any factual information to share regarding it's usage, though my understanding is that it's not universally recommended at this point. Interesting/happy to hear some nursing homes are using it.

Not a reason not to take if you need it, but it will require taking another booster according to my doctor.
Can you expound on this? A booster to the monoclonal antibodies weeks/months after the patient (hopefully) is fully over Covid?

The stories and reports sound great, but you should note that it seems to be fairly unproven at this point, and is not universally being pushed as treatment outside of our communities.
I suppose it could be another HCQ like "miracle drug" where it's unproven but some good stories about it, especially in our community, but in the long run, my understanding is that it is still completely unproven and not generally recommended.
My father got it last week right after getting covid (b"h all good now), but our local doctor did not particularly push for it - though he didn't push against it either.
Hospitalizations in Lakewood have dropped 95 percent since antibody treatments became available. (Meaning that the hospitalization rate is now at 5 percent of what it was before the treatment was available.)

I was told this tonight by the head of a respected health-related organization who keeps tabs on these numbers.

A truly reliable source, IMO.

I can think of at least three people I know of who fit the bill, but regardless, I cannot post a name without express approval.

I like the sound of it.
Seems hard to keep track and put an exact number on these kind of things since there are so many variables, and I think it was mentioned upthread how testing increased a lot as well in recent weeks. But I still get your point.
I only wanted to point out the other side and the unknowns. I would still push eligible patients for it as well.

If true, that's amazing.
I reached out to a health-care professional regarding this and was told that large studies are being conducted with half the people receiving these treatments and the other half receiving placebos and the results won't be public for a while.

That’s how all (clinical) studies are performed.

This is specific to the Eli Lilly antibody treatment, not Regeneron’s cocktail?

Eli Lilly is the one that's available in Lakewood.
