I specifically picked up on the claim to backing of not only local Rabbonim, but also doctors.

You're right that they have to be careful about what they put out publicly, but when I made a Bar Mitzvah this year, I called up a prominent Lakewood doctor who's been mentioned several times in this thread and asked him for safety guidelines for the event. His response was, "Don't do anything remotely like the hefkerus tha's going on here (in Lakewood), and you should hopefully be fine."

Also worthwhile to point out, that when the Vaad Rabbanei Corona put out their letter during the uptick in cases, they specifically called out weddings and other simchas as a source of spread.

I did, lets see the courts accept that defense when FUD like that causes people to die. I've already heard of several people who R"L died because they refused an available COVID vaccine due to FUD.

The person initiating robocalls should. I don't know the relationship between them and the person who made the recording, but they are likely co-conspirators...

An ad in the Vivaser daily today quoted all 4 of the Lakewood yeshiva poskim who said not to take the shot since it is a new vaccine there may be long term effects that are not yet known and therefore shev veeal taaseh
